What does this mean???

At the end of June TLSv1 will be disabled. It's "not" going to be disabled "before" that time.
But what does it mean you ask?

There is a LOT of information out there explaining what TLSv1 is. Grab a snack, you'll be there a long time. So much so, it's pointless to try and explain it.
Maybe what you should be asking is...
"How will this affect me when it is disabled?"
Ah, that I will answer for you.
If you are running win7/win10 or a current Mac os, you won't ever notice a difference. If you are running winXP it's quite possible your entire internet world will get shut off at that time as winXP does not support the latest encryption ciphers. Best plan accordingly as almost every merchant on the internet will be disabling TLSv1 and you will no longer be able to make purchases over the internet. It also means that as Google will be requiring websites to use SSL, you may not even be able to view websites after that date.
