2/24/21 - Some backbone providers causing issues on the internet today

There are some backbone providers causing issues for some today affecting access to their websites.  This is 'above' the data center level.  The data center and your websites are working just fine.  But you are not able to get to it because of a problem between your ISP and the location of the data center.

I am recommending people use a VPN to 'go around' the affected backbone and gain access to their websites.

I have found this company does a good job:

You can connect from many different locations around the world with it.

Issues like this usually clear up as providers are alerted and start inquiring of the issues.  There is nothing at ground level we can do on this end as it's affecting large portions of the internet especially in the New England and European areas.
