Please note that the disk replacement is a time-consuming process. First of all, we have to back-up the account packages and all the necessary data in the present drive. And after that, we will install the OS and the control panel in the new disk after attaching the same. Later completing all the server set-up tasks, we shall restore all the accounts and the data to the new drive that we have already taken the back-up. So it will be wise to conduct this task during the off-peak and late night hours. Also please note that there will be considerable downtimes during this process.

There is a probability of causing the server load due to this. So in order to avoid any future issues on behalf of this, it will be good to replace the same with a healthy drive.
@2:38am EST - update from data center:
We have changed the kernal to the old kernal, ie to the kernal version 3.10.0-714.10.2.lve1.4.63.el7.x86_64 . We can see network issues while connecting to the server. We are troubleshooting the network issues with high priority and later will monitor the server load time to see if the old kernal can fix the issue . Will keep you update on the status and thank you for the patience while we are working on the issue.
