@10:53pm EST - cloudlinix techs (T2) are escalating issue to their T1 group. However, it will be 2-3 hours before they are on shift. Hope to have it resolved before morning.
@10:27pm EST - going to load the old kernel as the current new kernel appears to have some issues. Will need to reboot server again. Expect some additional issues as this process plays out on this Sunday evening.
@8:57pm EST - working on issue of php logging. Causing high disk IO = sluggishness.
