Stormer Hosting & James Hart will be on scheduled vacation period starting Sept 19th till Oct 4th. During this time period no voice contact will be available. Time off with family is required in order to maintain a high level of personal support throughout the year. Your patience during this time period is greatly appreciated.
All servers continue to be monitored with Enterprise Monitoring at the data center. All servers are monitored via a third party monitoring service every 10 minutes. If a server is down, both James Hart and the data center will be alerted to the issue. Additionally, processes are monitored on the servers continually and should an issue arise prior to a server outage, a notice will be provided to James Hart. This is already in place for years now. On top of that, all servers have multiple 72 hour and weekly backups available to you in the cpanel.
