New Ticket System!
We have migrated our ticket system to a new ticket system over on Smartanswer.com. It is the same ticketing system, but with the ability of customers to create a profile and save their ticket information under their own account for easy access going forward. The old ticketing system has been in use for 18 years! I looked at other ticketing systems but found this to be the easiest for people to use. It's essentially the same ticketing system, but upgraded.
You don't have to create a profile to submit a ticket. But it is recommended that you do! That way you'll have all your tickets under your own profile and have easy access to those tickets!
